Scenerio 3

Background:
Users will be able to acquire information when moving about within the vicinity of a museum and even a town centre. This is possible with technologies such as bluetooth or wi-fi. The headphones will initial a guided tour of the place and also allow users to indicate a search for a particular piece of information using voice commands.

Story:
The user is walking into a museum, listening to music. As he enters the entrance zone, he is prompted by the headphone to accept the narated tour guide. The music paused, "Would you like to use the information guide ?"

Using the voice commands he pressed a button and proceeds by saying,"Yes".
The headphone's audio output system replies, "You may proceed to our galleries."

A quick tutorial on how to:

(1) make a query is given while user makes his way to the gallery.
"You may ask question by saying, information dinosaur." Then the system will provide the appropriate information.

(2) exit the tour
"You may exit the guided tour by saying, exit tour"

(3) pause the tour
"You may pause the guided tour by saying, pause tour"

(4) continue the tour
"You may continue the guided tour by saying, continue tour"

(5) replay the tour
"You may pause the guided tour by saying, replay tour"

Some Issues:
When using voice commands, you tend to mess up the tour when you used the command keywords in your normal speech.

Similiar to scenerio 1, how exactly are the button used for accepting the voice commands?

If there is a massive crowd of people viewing the exhibit, will the system by able to cope?

The previous issue also leads to poor reception or none.

Will the person beside the user gives a command and accidentally replay the tour?

What about people who can't hear?
